How payments are handled

When you pay membership dues or make a donation, your payment is processed securely by our website platform and its payment provider. Your full card number is handled by the payment provider and is not stored by the Womens Club of Saluda. We can see the amount, the date, and the name and contact details you provide, but we do not see or keep your complete card information.

Information about young applicants

Some of our scholarship applicants are high school students, and some are under 18 when they apply. We understand that this information is sensitive. We collect it only to review scholarship applications, we keep it confidential within our scholarship committee, and we do not share it publicly or with any outside party. Parents and guardians who have questions about their student's application are welcome to contact us at WomensClubSaludaNC@gmail.com.

Published scholarship recipients

We recognize our scholarship recipients on this website by listing their name and the year of their award. We do not publish addresses, schools, essays, or award amounts. If you are a past recipient and you would prefer that your name not appear on the site, please email us and we will remove it.
